How to Apply for community certificate complete Process
Today I will tell you how to apply a community certificate or caste certificate is a document that is issued by the government to know whether you belong to a scheduled caste, scheduled tribe or other backward classes.
Every state government issue this document which is also known as a caste certificate, which is important to get benefits in education employment.

Currently, only a few governments allow you to apply for a caste certificate online, In my research, I found that Tamil Nadu, Lucknow, Delhi are allowing.

FAQ on Caste/Community certificate:
Q1: How can I apply for a community certificate?
You can apply in 3 ways through CSC (common service centers) centers, Online e portal or through tehsil/ municipality office.
Q2: How long is a caste certificate valid for?
This is valid for lifetime once issued then you do not need to renew it or anything else.
Required documents for cast certification application fill up:
1.) School leaving certificate or copy of the birth certificate.
2.) Copy of ration card.
3.) Copy of electricity water bill.
4.) Copies of voter ID card electrical roll.
The applicant also needs the residence proof for the state that he or she forms the following time duration.
1.) Scheduled caste and scheduled tribe proof for living in state from 10 the largest the year of 1950.
2.) Vimukta jatis and nomadic tribe and NT proof for living in state from 21 November year of 1961
3.) Other backward classes Obc proof for living in state from 13 October year of 1967.
4.) Bhandari caste citizens proof for living in state from 24 April year of 1971
5.) Vaishwani caste citizens proof for living in state from 12 October year of 1976
6.) Bank passbook or at least bank account statement
7.) Sbc belong, citizens, proof for living in state from 13 June year of 1995
All applications need to arrange the documents as per the above given during that they are having permanent.
FOR MARRIED WOMAN
Also, the woman who married the state living citizen needs the following documents to apply for a caste certificate.
1.) Prescribed application with RS 5 of cour fees.
2.) Copies of their marriage certificate if not having then first applied for it.
3.) Copy of extract to change the name after her marriage.
4.) Marriage invitation card or information of date and place.
5.) Evidence for her caste before the marriage.
6.) Address proof like ration card of her previous address.
HOW TO APPLY FOR COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE:
Affix 5 rupees of court fees first.
Write your T number and number.
Checkmark on the box for which you need a caste certificate for Maharashtra /another state.
Write the name which you need on the certificate, first /middle /last.
Fill your email ID /phone number /mobile no details.
Fill your complete address.
Select the caste for which you need a caste certificate.
Tick mark on the section of documents which you attaching.
After filling the application form section fill the affidavit to get caste certificate in which you also have to affix the court fees of 5ruppes.
At the end of the application form, you have to attach the photo of the witness along with his or her name, address, and signature.
After filling the application form you need to submit it at the office.
ONLINE PROCEDURE: HOW TO APPLY FOR CASTE CERTIFICATE:
First, we need to go to the cast certification website or portal provided above and after opening this site you can see the login portal.
If you have an account then login or if not then register yourself there,
On this page, you can see application form means this page is an application form.
You need to fill up all the details as per your criteria.
First, you need to fill up an application to where you will see state, district, subdivision, municipality as your criteria
Then in 2nd step, we have to apply for where we have to put caste from the drop-down box.
In 3rd we have to type applicant Means our name and her or his father name
4th step is to fill up phone no and email.
After that, we have to choose our date of birth. the calendar which will be your 5th step.place of birth, district, police station, village, city,
The next step is to fill with the present address .in the left side box and permanent address on the right side.
After that, you have to select your religion from the drop-down box
The next step is to fill up blood relation details like certificate holder name, relation, with the applicant, certificate no, date of issue, issuing authority.
On the right side of the same box, you have put two local references which means their name and address.
I’m the next step which whether the applicant or his family migrated from another state country .select yes or no as per your criteria.
After you can cross-check your filled up application form by checking view before submitting the bottom.
After checking your all details click on continue and after that click on the save and click the bottom.
Then after clicking one new page will appear where you will get your application no. .you need to note down that for the future.
Click on the brow bottom to upload one recent passport photograph.
After that, you have to go in documents establishing a relationship with applicant column where you need to fill up all details like age proof, photo identity documents proof of citizenship, etc to prove your relation.
After filling up the details you need to click submit bottom then one new page will be paper where it is written that your application successfully submitted.
In this page, you will get your application ID which you need to note down
Click on the filled up bottom to download your application form which you have filled up before.
Click on acknowledges to download it.
IMPORTANT POINTS NEED TO KNOW
THERE is no online registration process yet available Maharashtra government to fill the application form of caste certificate.
So don’t use the fake website and submit your documents to build it.
The application form is available at the collector office or you can download through a website .. applicants are suggested to take a printout of form on the A4 size paper
The applicant is suggested to fill the complete application form and don’t leave any action blank.
The half application could be rejected by the department and the staff is not responsible for that.
Arrange Lal documents as mentioned above
Don’t share any personal information or handover your application or documents paper to anyone
Avoid the brokers in office and don’t pay any kind of fees to others for the caste certificate.
